Spend some time
And let's see what God's word says !
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created all things. He created the heavens (outerspace and innerspace) and and the earth.there was water seperated from the space and the earth.
He explains that at that point the earth was formless (it had no shape) and void, which means it was (not occupied, vacant , not inhabited), it was empty of life. Also that darkness was over all of it.
So, also on day (1 ) the bible says His spirit moved through the darkness and over the surface of the waters. Then God said, " Let there be light, and there was light. "
How beautiful the light was, and then God saw that the light was good; and God seperated the light from the darkness and called the light Day and the darkness Night.
And there was evening and there was morning, one day!
Day two ( 2 ) God made the sky and seperated it from outer space, and in the sky He placed a vapor canopy to protect the earth and hold the moisture and then He called the sky heaven. Our sky is the 1st heaven, outspace and the universe is the 2nd heaven and where God lives is the 3rd heaven.
On day three ( 3 ), God gathered all of the waters under the sky together and He called them seas, and He called the dry land earth.
On the land He made the grass to grow, and all the trees and flowers and everything like that. And He made them so that they could make more plants like themselves.
On day four ( 4 ) he made two big lights, the sun to light the day and the moon to light the night, and he also made all the stars and the planets on day four and boy was it getting pretty now.
On day five ( 5 ) God said " Let the waters bring forth life." So He filled the seas with fish of all kinds and whales and seals and everything you can think of.
And He also said " Let there be birds " and the sky became filled with birds of all kinds. And the fifth day was full of new life.
Day six ( 6 ) was a big day, first God said " Let the earth bring forth living creatures " and animals of all kinds filled the earth.
Now the whole earth was filled with life of all kinds, water, sunshine, animals, fish, birds and plants and it was wonderful. But God wasn't done yet, next He moved to make His most important and special creation - His people.
He wanted to make people to be like His children, they would be more special than anything that He had created so far. For all of His other creations He spoke them into being, but for His most important creation He made them with His own hands.
He created His first son Adam and then when He was done, He breathed His breath of life into Him and he became alive and human beings were alive. And He said it was " good. " God also made Eve and was very happy with what He had made and then He rested, that was the seventh ( 7 ) day.
God made everything that was made and then he said " It is good. "
He really loves the people he made and he made each one of us just the way he wanted to and was happy, are you happy with how you are made?
You should be because you are wonderful to God and he loves you so much. We need to remember that always!
